Going back to Cali!?!

Daddy keeps saying we're going back to California. I hope he's not teasing- he's been saying it for six months. Supposedly its his New Year's resolution. YAY! Here's me and Nana last time I was there-

Happy New Year

I managed to finally get a night off, on New Year's Eve, and wouldn't you know it, I got sick. I had a 104.1 fever and almost had to go to the hospital. Daddy couldn't get the regular thermometer to work, and had to go to the old reliable rectal standby. What a horrible way to spend only my second New Year. The indignity.

Daddy woke me up at midnight (he paused the 40 Year Old Virgin) to wish me a Happy New Year. Alka was working. So besides the encounter with the temperature stick, it was pretty quiet, except for daddy laughing every five minutes and waking me up.

Its okay though, cause I managed to get daddy and Alka sick on the same day and they both had to call out from work.

Anyway, Happy New Year everybody.
